My boyfriend, Thomas, and I just bought our first house. We’re renovating just about everything, and I’m documenting the steps so that our friends and family can see what we’re up to!

We’re able to do most of these renovations ourselves because Thomas has been working with his dad for the past year with his company, Atlanta Custom Tile. He’s learned an awful lot, and his dad knows just about all there is to know about renovations. Our bathroom and kitchen are going to be amazing!

His father (Tommy) has also built a couple houses from the ground up. If he doesn’t know how to do something, he knows someone who does. Look for more on him and all projects he’s helping with in my posts!

Why all the pictures? Well, I’m a photographer and graphic designer so it’s sort of my thing. Lately, I do mostly pet portraits, but I’ve been shooting since my first photography class my sophomore year of high school. That was, ahem, a minute ago.
Since then all of my long term jobs have involved photography and design.
